This is a soft pure cashmere yarn, lace weight yarn.
Fiber: 100% cashmere 2/28 TODD & DUNCAN
Length in yards per 100 g: 1400 m per 100 g / 1531 yards per 3.52 ounces (2/28 nautical miles)

It is produced in Italy by one of the best cashmere spinning mill in the world.
The yarn will be perfect for weaving and knitting but can also be used for crocheting.
All cashmere for machine knitting is produced in a special impregnation for a better slip of the thread. It may take several washes to achieve the effect of revealing the pile for cashmere. Recommended hand wash at 30°C with a little soap. Be sure to knit the swatch and wash it and you will see how soft it is.
The yarn is suitable for weaving and knitting and on the machine, it can also be used for crocheting.
The recommended needle size for 2/28 yarn is 2-2.5 mm if you knit in 3 threads or 3.5-4 mm if you knit in 4-5 threads.
All purchased yarn from 100 gr is unwound on one cone. If you buy less than 100 grams and want cone yarn, please contact me.
We do not wind the yarn in several layers, but at your request we unwind it into several cones.
