Italian luxury yarns, carefully sourced and offered at prices you won’t usually see for this quality.

Four years ago, after moving to Canada, we started our online yarn shop here in Ottawa with a simple idea: to make beautiful Italian yarns more accessible to knitters and makers.

We work with Italian mills and suppliers and specialize in surplus stock and production leftovers from Italian yarn manufacturers. These yarns come from previous collections, production runs, or warehouse stock — often the same beautiful fibers and exceptional quality used by high-end Italian fashion brands.

Why does this matter to you?

Because you can discover cashmere, merino, silk, alpaca, linen, and other luxury fibers from renowned Italian producers without paying full retail prices.

Our inventory is constantly changing, and many of the yarns we offer are available in limited quantities. That means you may find something truly special — but it also means that once a particular yarn is gone, it may not come back.

We know that buying yarn online can be difficult.

You want to know how it feels, how fine or thick it is, how much you need, whether it will work for hand knitting or a knitting machine, and what you can actually make with it.

That’s why we try to provide as much practical information as possible about every yarn, including its composition, yardage, yarn size, and recommended uses. And because we are knitters ourselves, you can always ask us about a yarn before you buy it.

We are a small, family-run business based in Ottawa, Canada, and every order is handled personally.
