Processing Time All orders of our premium cone yarns are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your yarn arrives safely.
Domestic Shipping (Canada): 2–7 business days.

International Shipping (USA & Europe/EU): 7–15 business days (depending on the selected shipping method and customs clearance).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for International & EU Customers) CozyWoolyYarn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Please note that European Union customers may be required to pay import VAT and customs clearance fees upon arrival, depending on local regulations and order thresholds.
Damages & Lost Packages If you received your order damaged, or if it was lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately at kolpastikov.leonid@gmail.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
